Your PVC, your seat at the table.
You submit your PVC at sign-up; an admin checks it against the INEC register. Once verified, you can endorse candidates on platform polls, sign petitions, and propose civic actions. Real ballots are still cast in person at your polling unit on election day.
What it costs you
One voter's card number, checked once by a person. Reading every register on Becoming needs none of this — verification is only the gate on acting, so that a signature means something.
